Returns & Refunds:

• Incorrect Items: We’re ready to correct or refund orders with significant discrepancies.
• Shipping Refunds: We offer a full postage refund for returns/exchanges with DHL shipping.

Cancellations:

• A non-refundable $20 customization fee is included in your purchase. Cancel before production to avoid additional fees. Orders already in production are subject to a $20 restocking fee.

Policy:

• Refunds, excluding shipping/deductions, are processed within 7-10 business days.
• Sales are final after 30 days from receipt. This policy does not apply to custom items not affiliated with any professional sports brands or altered blank items for resale.
