Ordering & Customization
1. How do I place a custom order? Placing a custom order is easy! Simply choose a product, select the “Customize” option, and use our online tools to upload your logo, add text like names and numbers, and choose your colors. Once you’re happy with your design, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. What kind of designs or logos can I upload? You can upload most standard image files (like PNG, JPG, SVG). However, by uploading content, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked logos (e.g., official professional team logos) or any content that is offensive or illegal. For more details, please see our Terms of Service.
3. Is there a minimum order quantity? No! We are happy to serve individuals and teams of all sizes. You can order a single custom item or hundreds. For large bulk orders, please contact us for potential discounts.
4. Can I see a proof or mockup of my design before it’s printed? Yes. For all custom orders, we will email you a digital mockup for your final approval before we begin production. This ensures everything is exactly how you want it. Please check your email after placing an order.
5. How can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] immediately.

For non-custom items, we can change or cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped.

For custom items, once you have approved the digital mockup and the order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Payment & Security
6. What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept two convenient payment methods for orders within Vietnam:

7. Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Our website is protected with SSL encryption to keep your personal data safe. For VietQR payments, the transaction is handled directly and securely by your bank’s application. We never store your sensitive financial details.
Shipping & Delivery
8. How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of 30,000 VND for all orders within Vietnam.
9. How long will it take to receive my order? Total delivery time is a combination of processing and shipping time:

Processing: Orders are processed within 24 business hours. For custom items, this begins after you approve the mockup.

Shipping: Delivery takes an additional 1-3 business days. You can typically expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days.
10. How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
11. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we primarily ship within Vietnam. If you are outside of Vietnam, please email us at [email protected] to inquire about international shipping options and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns & Refunds
12. What is your return policy? We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
13. Can I return a custom-made item? No. Because these items are created specifically for you, all customized and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or an error made by us.
14. How long does it take to receive a refund? Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
