At Fanfits, we aim to provide a secure, simple, and convenient payment experience. This policy outlines the payment methods we accept for all domestic orders within Vietnam.

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options to best suit your needs:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer via VietQR

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

This option allows you to pay for your order in cash at the moment of delivery.

How it works:

At checkout, select “Cash on Delivery (COD)” as your payment method.
Once you place your order, it will be confirmed by our team and moved into the processing stage.
When our shipping partner delivers your package, you will pay the driver the total order amount in cash.

Please Note:

Kindly prepare the exact cash amount for the driver, as they may not have change.
Please ensure you or an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Failed delivery attempts due to non-payment may lead to the cancellation of your order.

2. Bank Transfer via VietQR

Pay instantly and securely directly from your mobile banking application using a standardized QR code.

How it works:

At checkout, select “Bank Transfer via VietQR” as your payment method.
A unique VietQR code will be generated and displayed on the screen.
Using your mobile banking app, scan the QR code. Our bank details and the exact order amount will be automatically filled in for you.
Confirm the transaction within your app to complete the payment.

Important: For VietQR payments, your order will be processed only after your payment has been successfully received and verified by our system.

Order Confirmation Process

We are committed to keeping you informed about your order status.

Initial Confirmation: Regardless of the payment method you choose, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. This email serves as an acknowledgment that we have received your request.
Payment & Processing Confirmation:
- For COD Orders: The initial confirmation email is all you need. Your order will then be prepared for shipment.
- For VietQR Orders: After the initial email, you will receive a second confirmation email once your payment has been successfully verified. This second email confirms that your order is now being processed and prepared for shipment.

Currency & Security

All prices on our website are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
We take your security seriously. Our website is protected with SSL encryption. All VietQR transactions are processed securely through your bank’s official application, ensuring your financial details are never exposed to us.
