Our Do-It-Right Guarantee simplifies the process:
- If your order includes items that are materially different from your final design or are printed on incorrect products, we’ll either redo the affected pieces or provide a full or partial refund based on your preference.
- Should we be unable to correct the issue through reprinting or re-embroidering, we’ll refund you for those items. Refunds are processed 1-2 days after receiving the returned item(s).
- For orders shipped with DHL, we’ll refund your postage for any returns or exchanges.
CANCELLATIONS
Given the unique, personalized nature of our items, a $20 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. To cancel an order, email us with your order number and cancellation reason, and we’ll halt production if it hasn’t started.
However, once an order is in production, canceling it will incur a $20 restocking fee per item.
Refunds will reflect the original purchase amount, minus shipping fees and discounts on personalized items, except in cases of incorrect shipments. Post-processing, you’ll receive a confirmation email. It may take 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, and an additional billing cycle for it to reflect on your statement.
