At Fanfits, we are committed to getting your custom sportswear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 business hours after your payment is confirmed.

  • Our business hours are Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), GMT+7, excluding public holidays in Vietnam.

  • Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Vietnam)

We offer a simple and reliable shipping service for all customers located in Vietnam.

  • Shipping Carrier: We partner with reputable local carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, you can expect your order to be delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of 30,000 VND for all orders delivered within Vietnam.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

  • You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system after you receive the email.

4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.

  • Fanfits is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at an additional shipping cost.

5. International Shipping

Currently, our standard shipping policy and rates apply to orders within Vietnam only.
